Construction Management

Our team of local and expat professionals and experienced management personnel in our regional offices have relevant background in the various sectors, countries and understand local regulation requirements that we are in. EPCC

POG has the capability to provide an EPCC service for a new build, upgrading or refurbishment project. We assist Clients to source for project financing, shortlisting the most suitable shipyard or fabricator and execute the full management of the project from Engineering to Commissioning (hook up). This service enables our Clients to reduce the risk exposure and provide a competitive edge in budgeting and delivery dateline.

Asset Management

POG Asset Management solution ensures that Clients’ assets are well preserved, maintained and operated. The value of the asset and depreciation rates are dependent on the quality of asset management.We have managed Exploration and Production assets with an efficient and specialized management team.  Our team has worked in challenging conditions in South America and Middle East. Our value lies in providing comprehensive updates and solutions to asset owners on the condition and improvement to be made on the assets.Our specialists are also involved in evaluating true asset value based on our site evaluation of the condition of the assets. We provide comprehensive condition report and price comparison against similar build assets.
